Mr. Flaherty’s experience over the past 25 years includes construction and development in apartment, commercial, residential, energy and agricultural properties. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of 3 Leaf Holdings, Corp an investment and development company, and a Co-Managing partner of DFA Development, LLC, Pupukahi Development, LLC, Ho’okahua Development, LLC and the President and sole shareholder of Trinity Development & Construction, Inc.

Mr. Flaherty is dedicated to creating energy with a focus on the environmental impact of energy production and is a Co-Managing Member in two Renewable Energy Production Companies: Affordable Energy Partners, LLC and Trinity Solar, Inc.

In addition, Mr. Flaherty is a founding member of SOOPCO, a charitable organization established in 2003 by local Stockton Businessman that raises monies through donations derived from Olive Oil whereby 100% of the net proceeds are donated to local children’s charities in the Greater Stockton Area. He is also a member of The Downtown Sportsman’s Club (DSC) of Stockton in which has donated over $375,000 to charities benefiting children.

Mr. Flaherty is past appointee by the Governor of California, Edmund G. Brown, Jr. to Agricultural District 2 – San Joaquin County Fair Board Director – Chair of the Horseracing Committee, as well as California High School Rodeo Association Associate Member and Vice President of District 5. He was a previous board member of the YMCA of San Joaquin County (2007-2009), and of the Child Abuse Prevention Council (2006-2008).

Anthony Barkett was born and raised in Stockton, CA. He graduated form UCLA with degrees in Economics and political science. He then received his Juris Doctor from University of Pacific McGeorge school of law. He was admitted to practice law in CA and did so specializing in land use, affordable housing and government relations. He has served as the political consultant for Stockton East Water District since 1996. He currently is the managing member of several LLCs owning and managing commercial and residential real estate, agriculture and renewable energy projects. The projects are located throughout CA, Arizona and Hawaii. He has long been involved in local philanthropy and served on the Board of local charities. He is the co-founder and president of the Board of Ready to Work a non-profit dedicated to serving homeless and previously incarcerated men obtain self sufficiency through paid work.He is also a Board Member of Aspire public schools. He has been married for 26 years to his wife Rima. They have one daughter Yasmin.
